I hate to be the bearer of bad news but...
Yes, it's true. It's not just me being a finiky web person- Internet Explorer 6 is rubbish. At almost 10 years old, it is a relic by internet standards and so a lot of web people have been jumping ship and dropping support for this horrible reminder of bad times gone by, including me! There is a school of thought that a well built site will work even in older browsers such as yours, and I would agree. Infact I spend a big chunk of my time at work doing work tweaking our sites to just that end. However I have made a concious decision that for my own site's I'll just say "fuck it" and ask that you guys improve your overall quality of life and treat yourselves to an upgrade
There are plenty of alternatives- why not try out one of them..
